More info

The Winemaking Process – The wine is produced in the “blanc de noirs” technique. The grapes get crushed and right away are separated from their peels, in order to preserve the light color of the initial liquid. After that, the grape juice goes through a cold soak in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruits´ natural scent and flavor. Then, the wine undergoes initial decantation and placed in stainless steel tanks and in low temperature in order to prevent malolactic fermentation, after stabilizing it the wine is filtered and bottled.

Color – A clear, light pink-orange color is reached as a result of the short contact with the grape peels. The wine is refreshing, young and flowery; grapefruit, berries and peach flavors can be felt.

Serving Recommendation – The wine should be served chilled, at 8 degrees Celsius. The half-dry wine will go wonderfully with cheeses. In addition, due to its delicate sweetness, it is possible to combine it with well-seasoned foods.
